Everyone!  Whether you're faced with a specific condition, a change in life stage or you're just looking to improve your overall health and lifestyle, nutritional therapy can make a big difference.

Clients often say they experience:

what is nutritional therapy?

Over a series of one-to-one consultations, I'll assess your past and present health and address the underlying causes of any problems, rather than just the symptoms. All consultations are confidential before your initial visit, you’ll need to complete a questionnaire and food diary.

First consultation - 1hr 15 mins
  • We'll discuss your questionnaire and possible links to ill health
  • We'll agree an individually tailored plan of gradual dietary and lifestyle changes. The focus is on achievable changes
  • Recommendations when appropriate include biochemical tests (e.g. food intolerance tests, hormone tests), nutritional and herbal supplements, plus lifestyle changes if required.
  • You'll get ongoing support via email for the first month included in this session's fee.
Please Note: You'll need to send back your questionnaire and food diary before your first consultation.
Second consultation - 1hr

Held approximately 4 weeks later.

Future consultations - 45 mins

These are held at 3-8 week intervals to assess your progress and give ongoing support. The number of consultations will vary depending on the health
concerns being addressed. Generally, a minimum of three consultations are recommended to achieve maximum health benefit.
